Title
The Beauties of War
Description
"Folk who do not understand them. A Belgian Home. Obverse. A German Home. Reverse.
Note: The predictions of this remarkable book have been verified to the letter. The author, a German schoolmaster, on its publication in Hamburg, 1912, was at first dismissed from his post, and the sale of the book 'interdicted.' For the author's contention that modern warfare was a matter of 'senseless automatic slaughter by machinery.'"
