Description
Leith Town Hall in Leith, Edinburgh has a frontage with ionic pillars on the Constitution Street side and a porch with four doric columns on the Charlotte Street side. Next to the Town Hall is a church which is mostly obscured by a tree. Various people are gathered on the pavement including a group of men wearing top hats, and two soldiers in highland dress. On the road is a man pushing a barrel and another man riding on horseback.
