The Glasgow Jewish Singers celebrate the life of the life of holocaust survivor and cantor Ernest Levy, singing songs composed by Ernest himself.
Originally from Bratislava, Ernest Levy settled in Glasgow after the war where he became a leading figure in the Scottish Jewish community. Ernest spoke out throughout his life about his experiences, knowing that his testimony would help future generations remember this terrible time in history. For these efforts Ernest was made an OBE in 2002.
