Description
Edinburgh Castle sits on a rocky outcrop. The fortification has a half-moon battery with gun loops in its walls with a large flag flying above it. A dirt track road leads to the Castle. In the foreground is Greyfriars Churchyard. Headstones are situated against a wall and smaller gravestones are situated further inside the graveyard amongst trees. Houses are located around the outside of the burial ground. One of the buildings has a pantiled roof.
