Tirpitz. " Yes, sire, here is another U coming down".

According to recent information (27 March 1916) Admiral Von Tirpitz did not show himsel possessed, in sufficient degree, of "the iron hand in the silken glove." It is a little amusing to hear that the fallen Admiral's high standard of navel "frightfulness" was unaccompanied by a soothing diplomatic manner;"
