Description
Across a patterned car park is a three storey block of flats. At the far end the first, second and third corner flats have balconies which stand forward from the main building. The ground floor and end balcony block are constructed of a different material from the concrete of the main build. A band of light blue covers the nearest second floor flat and all the top level of the block. At ground level fencing has divided grassed areas and a child's swing can be seen. A young tree stands on the left.
