Description
On the right of the picture is the Westside Plaza shopping centre. A line of trees stand in front of this building. In the centre of the picture is a line of street lights stretching across the square. Each is anchored by a hexagonal concrete plinth. The plinths also provide seating. The nearest two lights stand on opposite side of a road and double yellow lines can be seen. On the left of the line of lights is Wester Hailes Library. It has two entrances, one at street level and another by a staircase on the right of the building. In front of the library and at right angles to the street lights are three tall columns with stone bases and grooved panels at the top.
