The corner of John Knox House on the Royal Mile, Edinburgh. An inscription written in gold runs round the corner of the house, above which a small statue of a figure is affixed to the wall. Other plaques and symbols are also set into the exterior stonework.

John Knox's House, reputedly the home of the 16th century Protestant Reformer, is situated on the High Street in Edinburgh. It dates from the late 15th century or early 16th century. It was restored in the 19th century. It is now open to the public as a museum and forms part of the Scottish Storytelling Centre.
