Title
Journal entry for 23rd - 26th September 2015, Sitooterie Journal 5
Description
'The rowan tree opposite has grown very tall this year... It covers their 1st floor windows and also their bedroom window on the second floor... For all it is so tall it's not laden down with berries...
A single star in a grey sky and that magical autumnal morning light...
The giant sunflower looks slightly crumpled as if it is tired after being out dancing all night...
I find lots of tiny snails smaller than the size of a pin head... I remove as many as I can find... and put them outside... being unable to squash those tiny determined sparks of life!
I hear them calling first... then they appear over the roof tops in a raggety V formation... a flock of geese... starting off on their long journey... or coming here for winter?'
