Description
The second anniversary of lockdown should have followed the lifting of all legal restrictions regarding Covid earlier that week. With Covid patients in hospital across Scotland reaching an all-time high of 2128 with 31 in intensive care, masks remained mandatory on public transport and in many indoor settings. At 12.00 noon a minute's silence was held as part of the National Day of Reflection organised by Marie Curie; Princes Street carried on as normal and Lothian Buses did not pause their services as they did the previous year.
