Description
A large group of city councillors sit and stand in rows for a group portrait. The group is predominantly male, but there are a couple of women represented. Several of the councillors at the front and centre have fur collars and the man at the centre of the front row wears a full length fur gown. The picture is taken in a grand wood panelled hall. There are seven individual portraits around the edge of the document and a list of the councillors at the bottom.
