Description
A driveway leads to the entrance of an impressive office building. The structure has a large pediment and matching triangular stone arch decorations above the first floor windows. There are ornamental stone carvings at the top of the columns and in a line underneath the roof and a heraldic emblem within the triangular frontispiece. In front of the building is a grass area protected by bollards and railings in which is placed the statue of a man and a horse on a rectangular stone plinth.
