Last outside stair in the Causewayside built around 1600
Description
A view of an old house in Causewayside, Edinburgh. The house has a shop frontage on the ground floor and an outside stair leading up to the first floor. The roof is covered with pantiles. There is an ornate lamppost outside in front of the entrance into a yard. A handcart stands on the cobbles outside the house.
