Description
Blue silk banner with painted decoration. Title
Scroll, EDINBURGH JOINERS, pillared arch,
with ALL MEN ARE BRETHREN in gold lettering along the top; within the arch,
clasped hands and the City of Edinburgh Coat of Arms. Two joiners stand to each side dressed in working clothes, with aprons and paper hats. The joiner to the right is holding a jack plane and the one on the left is holding an adze.
in the corners, within thistle wreaths, square and compasses
bordered by a hammer, saw and jack plane.
