Description
A horse and cart laden with barrels, baskets and sacks is waiting on the cobblestone road outside the City Hotel in Cockburn Street, Edinburgh. Men and boys, including the cart driver, are around the horse and a lamp-post. The windows of the hotel have advertisements painted on them.
