Portobello Town Council

Description

The four members of the Portobello Town Council pose for a photograph in their robes of office. The mature gentlemen are all wearing gowns and three of them have chains and medals round their necks. The two men sitting are holding naval cocked hats. The group are gathered around a small table that has a metal casket with birds on top, books and another cocked hat. The men all have beards and three have spectacles on.
