The Pear Tree House on West Nicolson Street in Edinburgh is a popular pub with local students and residents. It was formerly one of the business premises of Andrew Usher & Co., distillers, the first company to produce a blended whisky.

West Nicholson Street is situated in the south of Edinburgh, to the east of George Square and the west of Nicholson Street.
