Tollcross is an area in the south-west of central Edinburgh. It centres around the crossroads of Brougham Street, Home Street, Earl Grey
Street and Lauriston Place and West Tollcross.
The King's Theatre was built in 1905 and millionaire philanthropist Andrew Carnegie laid the foundation stone.
