The former Binns department store at the West End was redeveloped into a tourist attraction, the Johnnie Walker Experience, and during renovation work, the famous Binns clock was restored. Under the Binns Clock was a common meeting place for couples to meet before a night out. The Pipers March and the Chimes Chime again at 7 minutes past (Scotland the Brave) and 37 minutes past (Caller Herrin) the hour.
