Title
Cardboard placard painted white, yellow and black with red and blue flowers. It reads "I don't want to get political but your ignorance kills real people".
Description
The protests in June had attendees from across the political spectrum present. This placard shows that even people who were perhaps not usually politically engaged were there too. The message makes the point that ignorance around racism and structural inequality results in the deaths of real people, who are not just statistics.
