'I think next year I will have a poppy patch as well as pots ... am collecting the seeds and will try just scattering them where I would like them to grow ...
I think both thrush and blackbird young have fledged ... only the occasional BB comes for raisins now ...
There are some very scraggy sparrows around which makes me wonder if they are feeding a 3rd brood ...
One of the short sunflowers is in bloom ... There are quite a few short ones ... that has never happened before ...'
