Press cutting
One of the last matches played on Leith Links before Leith Town Council acquired ground at Craigentinny for a 9-hole course, laid out by Ben Sayers in 1907.
The text of the press cutting says 'The Dusky Minstrels was a 12-piece band run by Leither Bob Cairn more than half a century ago. This was pre-talkie cinema family fun, says Bob Cairn's niece, Mrs Janet Henderson, of Lothian Street, Rosewell, Midlothian.'
