Greetings card. Made from cream card with an embossed gold frame section, framing a photographic image. Image shows a woman draped in the French flag, holding holly branches. Image has been coloured in blue/ green and red. Message reads 'A Merry Christmas'.

This sort of greetings card was produced to be sent home by British troops serving in France. The card is blank inside, which is common as many were sent home as souvenirs rather than used for correspondence.
