The cover sheet illustration features ballerinas, partnered up with a variety of brightly colored grotesque animalistic figures. The figures at the front stand out in their bright colours and the couples in the background are more muted, as like the orchestra in the centre which is composed of grotesque figures also. Down the sides appear small pairs of dancers as if floating through the air, with the title of the piece and the composer's name sitting above the orchestra.
