Simon, Frank Worthington
Biography
The artist and architect Frank W. Simon was born in 1862. He studied in Birmingham, England, and at the Atelier Pascale, one of the ateliers associated with the École des Beaux Arts, Paris. He designed No.8 Blackwood Avenue in Edinburgh for his father in 1889. He emigrated to Canada in 1902, where he designed the Manitoba Legislative Building in Winnipeg. He died in 1933.
