Biography
Thomas Oswald was a Labour Member of Parliament in the United Kingdom. He represented Edinburgh Central from 1951 until he retired at the February 1974 general election, preceding future minister Robin Cook. He was a painter by trade and turned his skill to painting banners for the Labour Party and politcal movement
