Lauriston Place, Fire Brigade Headquarters, decorated for Silver Jubilee celebrations 1935
Description
The Fire Brigade Headquarters at Lauriston Place are decorated for George V's Silver Jubilee celebrations. Floral wreaths run the length of the building and a large floral shield has the likenesses of George V and Queen Mary on it. Fire engines are displayed in the large arched entrances as well as more floral displays in between them. A man and a woman stand to the left of the picture.
