Ardgowan, Clyde
Description
A view looking across a sea loch towards mountainous land. There are a variety of sailing vessels on the water including a paddle steamer, sailing boats and rowing boats. The steamboat is laden with passengers and flying a flag. Steam is billowing out of its tall central chimney. In the distance a large house is set amongst trees on a hillside and a collection of houses are situated on low ground around a bay.
