Description

Street and car lights illuminate the gloom in this evening image of Castlehill, Edinburgh. The tall spire of the Hub (formerly the Tolbooth St John's Church) dominates the scene. To its left is the dome of the Camera Obscura. The stone built tenements on the opposite side of the street include the Scotch Whisky Tour, whose banner runs down the side of one of the buildings. In the foreground stands a car with its headlights on.
