The TSS Brussels was built in Dundee and launched in 1902. In 1916 she was captured by German torpedo boats and used as a depot ship. When she was damaged in the Zeebrugge Raid in 1918, the Germans scuttled her. In 1920 the Belgians presented TSS Brussels to the British Government. She was towed back to be repaired by Henry Robb, after which she lasted until 1929.
