The ruins of a religious building rise above the shores of a body of water. The ruin is overgrown with trees and bushes, but displays fine examples of arched windows and a small cross on one wall.

Item dated 1805. Beauly Priory was one of three priories founded in Scotland by the Valliscaulian order in the 13th century. However, by 1510, the priory had changed to the Cistercian order. The priory fell into disuse after the reformation.
