Description
An ornate fireplace in Craig's Close, High Street, Edinburgh. On either side of the fireplace are two open windows. Wooden panelling lines the room and the floor is in a state of disrepair. A pile of rubble lies in front of the fireplace.

Craig's Close originally ran from the north side of the High Street in Edinburgh down to Market Street. Its southern section was destroyed in an extension to City Chambers in the 1930's. Its northern section remains, running from Cockburn Street down to Market Street.
