Description
Groups of adults and children cross Bonnington Bridge in Edinburgh. Most people walk across but there is one cyclist on the road over the bridge. Shadows from the people, walls and lamps on the bridge can be seen on the road. In the background there are buildings and trees.

Bonnington is a small area of Edinburgh. It is situated in the north-east of the city, immediately to the south-west of Leith. Bonnington had a long-standing association with flour milling, continuing into the 20th century.
