Description
The Burns Monument is a light coloured, Grecian style temple which consists of a triangular stone base and then nine pillars on top support the circular roof. The monument stands on a raised area and the grass gently slopes down towards a small pavilion and the rest of the memorial garden, with the bank of the River Doon just visible in the bottom of the picture.
