Enter your search word or phrase into the search box at the top right of the screen.
You can narrow your search results by tapping in the search box, highlighting your original search term and then selecting the ‘Search within results’ option. Enter another search word to refine your search results.

You can enter search terms in both the ‘Main’ and the ‘Admin’ tabs.
If you’re entering more than one search term, remember to choose either from the drop-down menu, ‘Item must satisfy ALL of the search criteria’ or ‘Item must satisfy at least ONE of the search criteria’.
Tap on the ‘Search within’ button to narrow your search results further.
Many of our items have been categorised by subject. You can use the subject headings index to find items by category.
Tap on the ‘+’ beside the subject heading to open the subject folder and choose a more specific subject. Tap on the box beside the subject heading to select a subject and then click on the green ‘Search selected items’ button to carry out your search.
Refine your search further by using the ‘Search within’ option.
