Title
Edinburgh's Polynesian, Micronesian and Melanesian communities joined the Black Lives Matter protest in June
Description
Belly Mujinga died having contracted Covid-19 after being being spat at in the face whilst at work. Sheku Bayoh died in police custody, following a forceful arrest. They have become two of the most high profile names associated with the Black Lives Matter movement in the UK.

The raised fist is shown with a representation of a Polynesian tattoo, or tatau. As part of a long cultural tradition, a tatau, in both design and application, has great meaning for the individual wearer.
