Lacock Abbey is located in the county of Wiltshire, England. It was founded as an abbey in the 13th century but converted to a house in the 16th century. It is perhaps most famous for having been the home to William Henry Fox Talbot. The house is now owned by the National Trust. Attractions for visitors include a museum dedicated to Talbot and his pioneering photographic work.
