Title
The Vennel - looking down to the Grassmarket
Description
The Vennel is a steep passageway leading down to the Grassmarket, Edinburgh. The street is cobbled and has handrails running down it's length. Buildings line both sides of the street. A little girl sits on a step outside one of the buildings, which has a sign on it reading 'Houses to let, Brotherstons'. A street light is attached to the wall, and a lamppost is on the other side of the road. The outline of Edinburgh Castle can be made out in the distance.
