Description
"The cartoon which appeared in the 'Telegraph' in May 1916 was an anticipation of the Russian summer campaign. On 4 June commenced the great offensive of the four Russian southern armies against the Austrian line, extending from the Pripet to the Roumanian [Romanian] frontier."
