Title
The Bearded Sea Vulture
Description
"The cartoon, with Jack grimly guarding the German sea vulture behind the bars, which are placarded, 'Warning to the Neutral public. It is Dangerous to feed this bird!' is a most galling commentary on German naval boasts, such as those of Admiral von Holtzendorff and Captain Persius, that 'the German navy has hitherto fulfilled its chief task of keeping the enemy from German coasts.'"
