A blue scooter with a steel frame and white rubber handles. The two wheels have white painted hubs and black rubber rims. It has a foot operated rear break. The foot platform is embossed with the letters, KE-LO.

The scooter showed here, belonged to donor Kevin Gibbons. Mr Gibbons played with the scooter when he was a child, growing up in Arbroath, Scotland.
