Title
The Great Anarchist
Description
"Remarkably drawn is the gross, slouching body of the great Anarchist, in whose scowl one detects sardonic pleasure that the other nations have been driven, perforce, to employ his own weapons - gas, flame-throwers, floating mines, etc. The crowning absurdity of Germany's ambition to inoculate backward Europe with her own 'kultur' is seen in the spectacle of scientific men in every land specializing, to-day, in perfecting new instruments of mass murder."
