Description
Edinburgh Castle sits on a rocky outcrop. The half-moon battery has gun loops in its walls. A flag pole rises from a tower. Watchtowers are positioned along the battlements and the Esplanade. At the bottom of the sloped ground below the castle there is a road bordered by a pavement on either side. A pedestrian walks along the pavement. Street lamps are on both pavements, on one side there is a traffic sign and a bus stop. Stairs lead up towards the Castle, there is a fence with metal railings on either side of the steps. A woman is walking down the steps.
