Title
Waverley Station and Princes Street
Description
Below the buildings and hotels of Princes Street and the Scott Monument are the train tracks and platforms of Waverley Station. A line of carriages is disappearing under the arched roof of a station platform. A steam engine with a tender full of coal appears to be shunting some other carriages as passengers look out of the windows. On the platforms are lighting and a water supply pump.
