Description

A row of shops on the corner of Lauriston Place and Lauriston Street in Edinburgh includes a newsagent and a chip shop. Some of the establishments have window displays while others have canopies over their windows. People walk past on the pavement while others are on the cobblestone road. A bicycle is propped against the wall of the chip shop.

Lauriston Place in Edinburgh runs west from the south end of Forrest Road to Tollcross. Edinburgh's Royal Infirmary was situated on Lauriston Place until 2003.
