Description
Looking down from Castlehill, the tall buildings of the Royal Mile and West Bow can be seen. The road is partially cobbled and a roundabout is marked at the junction. The St Columba's-by the-Castle Church is on the right at the start of Johnston Terrace. The fencing marks off part of the entrance to the Hub, a venue owned by the Edinburgh International Festival. A sign on the railing reads 'no parking'. A man is sat on a step in a doorway on Castlehill. He holds a red collection tin for charity. Pedestrians walking along the pavements. There are only a few vehicles on the road including a taxi. Tourist shops selling Scottish themed goods can be seen.
