Description
A view looking down a narrow street of tenement housing in Edinburgh. There is washing strung from poles outside of many of the small windows. Two women are talking at one of the first floor windows. Beneath them, at ground level, the corner of the building is covered in material and two men wearing tall hats are crouched down working on the site.
