Title
The Commander-in-Chief, addressing the loyal Edinburgh Spearmen
Description
The Commander-in-Chief, Earl of Moira, in military uniform. He stands in a confident pose with one hand on his hip. His uniform consists of a military jacket with prominent double-breasted rows of buttons down the front, epaulettes on both shoulders, a high collar, breeches, tall boots and a sword hanging at his side. He holds a hat in his right hand.

In the background to the right, there's a sketched building that appears to be a grand estate or public building.

The Earl is presumably addressing the Loyal Edinburgh Spearmen, a military unit, showing him in his role as a military commander.
