Description
Edinburgh Castle sits above Princes Street Gardens. Below the Castle St Cuthberts Church is visible. To the fore is Princes Street where people are walking along the pavement. Women are wearing large bonnets and full length skirts and the men are wearing flat caps. There are two horse-drawn carriages, one of which is open-topped. Behind the carriages are a large celtic cross and St John's Church with its two cupolas rising above the partially visible graveyard below them.
