Edinburgh New Town, the old Crown Hotel and adjacent buildings now demolished to make way for Woolworth's premises in Princes Street
Description
The vacated premises of the Crown Hotel which stood on Princes Street, Edinburgh has removal notices in its windows. There are shops on the lower level of the building and further along is the North British Hotel. On the roofs of the buildings are long chimney stacks with rows of chimney pots. The road in front of the buildings is empty.
